Enterprise Series M.2 NVMe SSD Supercharge I/O performance Supercharge your NAS/SAN Enterprise Series M.2 NVMe SSDs are designed to intelligently work with Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) to boost I/O performance. These high-performance NVMe drives accelerate the slower but higher-capacity storage space provided by traditional hard drives, enabling cost-effective, in-place upgrades for existing systems. Performance Up to 120,000 4K random write IOPS note1 Endurance Up to 2,900 TBW note2 Analytics Actionable insight for optimal performance and longevitynote3 Updates Automatic firmware updates with DSMnote4 Consistently fast caching for 24/7 environments Designed specifically for Synology systems, Enterprise Series M.2 NVMe SSDs are built for maximum performance consistency. Each drive is rated for up to 660,000/120,000 4K random read/write IOPSnote1 across the usable lifespan of the drive. Endurance of up to 2,900 TBW ensures longevity. note2 Data integrity safeguards The SNV3500 and SNV5400 Series offer full end-to-end data protection, including power loss protection to ensure data integrity during unexpected shutdowns. These series have capacitors in their power loss protection circuits to safely write cached data to NAND flash memory during power failures, thus preventing data loss. Notes: 1. Performance was measured using FIO on Linux with Queue Depth 256 (4 KB = 4,096 bytes). 2. The endurance rating was calculated based on a JESD219A enterprise workload. 3. Lifetime analytics are available in DSM 6.2.3-25426 and above. 4. Automatic firmware updates are available in DSM 6.2.4-25556 and above. |
